Questions about repairs
Is a crack in the wall serious?
It depends. Fine cracks in the plaster or at the corners of doors and windows are usually cosmetic. Cracks that keep growing, run diagonally, go right through the wall or appear suddenly should be checked. Send us a photo with something next to it for scale and we'll tell you whether we should come and look.
Why is water coming through my terrace?
Usually the waterproofing under the tiles has failed over the years, or the drains, skirting or the joint with the facade are the problem. We find where the water gets in, waterproof and retile.
Can you look after a property while I'm abroad?
Yes. We can carry out repairs and maintenance while you are away and send you photos before and after each job.
