What a full renovation includes
Every property is different, but in a complete renovation we usually handle everything below. Anything you don't need, you don't pay for.
Older apartments in Granada often still have iron or lead pipes and wiring that doesn't meet current regulations. A renovation is the cheapest moment to replace them.

Questions about full renovations
How much does a full renovation cost?
It depends mainly on the condition of the plumbing and wiring, whether walls are moved and the materials you choose. That is why we don't give prices per square metre blindly: after the visit we send an itemised quote with material options so you can adjust it.
How long does it take?
An 80–90 m² apartment usually takes 8 to 12 weeks on site. The phased schedule is in the quote and the handover date is in the contract.
Do I need to buy the materials myself?
No. We help you choose tiles, flooring, sanitaryware and kitchen units with our suppliers. If you prefer to buy some items yourself, we install them.
Will I get the electrical and plumbing certificates?
Yes. New installations are handed over with their certificates (boletines), which you need to connect utilities or to sell the property in the future.
